At HIT&HEAT, we work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping information below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Our daily order cutoff time is 8:00 AM PST. Orders placed after 8:00 AM PST will begin processing on the following business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

U.S. Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe does not include our 2-business-day processing time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping with an estimated transit time of 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier or customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For U.S. orders, please allow approximately 4–7 business days from processing through transit.

For international orders, please allow approximately 9–16 business days from processing through transit.

Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, actual delivery timing may be subject to the carrier's operations.
