Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products and services.

HIT&HEAT does not generally receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.

HIT&HEAT sells and ships products to customers in multiple countries.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions, duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

Unless expressly stated at checkout that applicable duties and import taxes are included or collected in advance, such charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because applicable customs duties or import charges were not paid, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy and applicable law.

Where legally permitted, reasonable shipping, return-shipping, customs, or carrier costs incurred as a result of a refused or unclaimed shipment may be deducted from any applicable refund.
